And we’re back!
We’re excited to call for entries to the Here Awards 2022, brought to you in association with Città, Resene and Blum.
We launched our awards last year seeking to both celebrate and progress the quality of architecture in this country.
We were humbled and not a little overwhelmed by the volume and quality of entries in our first year, and even more proud of our category winners, including Jack McKinney’s Super Taper, which won Best House Aotearoa 2021, plus Patchwork Architecture’s Kahutara House (Colour, Craft and Detail) and Caspers House by Glamuzina Architects and Dessein Parke, which won the New House category.
The programme is a key part of the Here kaupapa – the awards celebrate architecture that is authentic, progressive and thoughtful. We like luxury and humility in equal measure, and so do the awards.
The entries are open now, and close on June 30, with judging in September – and we’ll announce the winners and finalists in our October issue.
We are grateful to our returning partners Città and Resene, and proud to welcome Blum. All three are design-led brands known for products that work, not to mention for their support of and belief in architecture.
We can’t wait to see the entries.
